David Randall Jean, age 75, a resident of Gillham, Arkansas, died Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at his home. He was a mail carrier in Gillham for 30 years and a Baptist. Jean was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip Jean and Mildred Jones Ferguson.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Hargis Jean; two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and Donald Vann of Lockesburg and Melinda and Greg Winer of Gillham; two grandsons, Brandon Winer and his wife Jennifer and Justin Vann and his wife Labrada and four great-grandchildren, Mason and Makenna Winer and Eli and Claire Vann. Jean will be held at a.m., Friday, November 11, 2016, in the Gillham Cemetery with Steven Chenoweth officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
Her loving and gentle spirit will always be admired by her loved ones and never forgotten. She is survived by her son, Edgar Roden; her daughter Melissa Munoz; her grandchildren, Angie Mello, Brian Mello, Rachel Lampi, Travis Lampi, and Kellie Roden; her siblings, Edith Hudson, Florence Folk, Collis Still, and Linda Still. She was born to Tommy and Elizabeth Fleet Jones in Memphis, Tennessee, on August 17, 1928. Ruths Flowers, and was active in the Foster Grandparent Program in the Winthrop and Foreman Schools.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Rhodes of Lockesburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Sheryl Lynne and Howie Snyder and one son, Mark Allen Elliott, all of Kansas City, Missouri; two step-daughters and their spouses, Sonya and Barry Davis of Livingston, Texas and Kelly and Greg Davis of Flintville, Tennessee; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Frank and Terri Henrion of Norman, Oklahoma and Harold Brown of San Carlos, California; 8 grandchildren, Samantha Brown, J. Elliott, Shauna Elliott, Eric Davis, Zachary Davis, Avery Davis, Mc Kenna Davis and Landon Davis. Rhodes will be held at a.m., Friday, November 11, 2016, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in Dierks with Dr. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Crossroads, Arkansas, and enjoyed traveling, flower arrangements, cooking, and cherished the time spent with family.
She was adored by her grandchildren Angie, Brian, Rachel, Travis, and Kellie.

Tobe William Boles, age 56, a resident of De Queen, Arkansas, died Tuesday, November 1st in the De Queen Medical Center.She is also survived by a brother, Thomas Jones of Marianna, Arkansas, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Don Treadwell of West Helena, Arkansas, and Gladys and Clyde Newsom of Paducah, Kentucky, and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, Aubrey Lee Boles, Nancy Louise Easlon, Nelda Lavon Tullous, Janice Fay Sellers, and Rosemary Ray.
